In 1983, Kirk Sanders started building homes in southeast Texas with a simple belief: do the job right, treat people fairly, and stand behind your work. More than four decades later, he’s still on the job, and that’s still how we do business.

Today, Kirk runs Kirk Sanders Residential alongside his wife, Anissa, who works in our office, and manages everything from our office, project coordination and customer care. Together, we serve homeowners in Baytown, Mont Belvieu and the surrounding communities, from custom homes to remodels and updates.

We’ve seen too many homeowners pay top dollar for work that doesn’t hold up. That’s not how we operate. You deserve craftsmanship you can count on for years to come. Every project carries our name, and we don’t take that lightly.
